Tony Rubino helps individuals and companies develop strong, effective leaders by transforming potential into performance through coaching, strategy, clarity, and conviction. With more than three decades of experience across engineering, national defense, higher education, and executive consulting, he brings a unique blend of strategic perspective, real-world leadership experience, and a passion for developing people.

Known for turning complex leadership concepts into clear, actionable strategies, Tony equips leaders with tools they can apply immediately. His work helps clients strengthen communication, lead with greater clarity, develop emerging leaders, and build healthier, more effective organizations.

Since 2003, Tony has taught foundational and advanced leadership programs to more than 1,000 professionals within the Department of War for the U.S. Air Force. He has also taught leadership courses at California State University, Fresno, and has delivered leadership training and consulting across a range of industries, including dairy, renewable energy, and private education.

​

Tony has served in senior leadership roles within the Department of War for more than 35 years and has contributed to advisory and governance efforts across universities and professional organizations. His work has helped advance professional development initiatives that integrate leadership, lean thinking, and project management into technical education. Earlier in his career, he logged 57 hours across 40 flights in F-16 fighter aircraft as an operational support flyer from March 1991 to March 1992.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from California State University, Fresno. He also completed Air War College with Excellence and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.
